The latest Gemini 1200id multibeam sonar operates at two acoustic frequencies, 720 kHz for long range target detection, and 1200 kHz for enhanced high-resolution imaging. With the same physical size and connection interface as the Gemini 720is, the Gemini 1200id offers an easy upgrade path to higher resolution imaging.

The Gemini 1200ikd multibeam imaging sonar is a powerful addition to the popular Gemini range. The multibeam imaging sonar offers two operational frequencies with the ability to switch between low and high frequency dependent on the user’s requirement. The 720kHz low frequency setting is designed for target identification and obstacle avoidance at long range, whilst the 1200kHz high frequency setting offers extremely detailed multibeam images, ideal for inspection at close range. Switching frequencies can be set to automatically switch over at a specific range or done manually.

The MicronGemini 720s is the latest addition to Tritech’s products families and offers powerful, real-time sonar imaging in the body of a Gemini 720im. With greatly improved image quality, a 90 horizontal field of view and 50m range, the MicronGemini 720s offers cost effective obstacle avoidance and navigation for small ROVs and AUVs.

Industry leading multibeam imaging sonar for WROVs ROVs and AUVs provides high-definition real-time sonar images. Available with a 1000m or 4000m depth rating the Gemini 720is multibeam imaging sonar provides users with real-time, crisp imagery for applications including obstacle avoidance, target detection and close-range inspection. With a 120-degree field of view (10 degree tilt) and a fast update rate of 30Hz, the Gemini 720is sonar is ideal for poor visibility environments. Gemini 720is features a 720kHz operating frequency and an integrated sound velocity sensor to assist in providing the sharpest image possible, with accurate ranging. Redesigned for ease of install onto a variety of ROVs, AUVs and other underwater platforms, the Gemini 720is operates through Ethernet or VDSL communications.
