If you need to return your product for repair, calibration or service, please fill out this form to request an RMA (Return Materials Authorisation) number and return it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please ensure your RMA number is shown prominently on the documents/labels accompanying your shipment.
Tritech endeavours to support all our legacy products, however due to the age and availability of parts this is not always possible.

Where do I need to return equipment for repair or calibration?

How do I find out about the status of my equipment that was returned for repair or calibration?
Please contact our Product Service Team by either emailing (email@example.com) or telephone (+44 (0) 1224 744 111) (option 1). Please ensure that you state the Tritech serial number of the unit as this will aid us in finding your equipment quickly.
